Service Description
Expert Skincare Guidance — No In-Studio Visit Required Want professional skincare advice without having to come in for a facial? This virtual consultation is for you. Our virtual skincare consultations are designed specifically for clients who are out of state or not within driving distance, or for those who simply prefer to receive expert skincare support from the comfort of home. You’ll meet one-on-one with Omi, the owner and head esthetician of Peonies Beauté, to discuss your skin concerns, routine, and goals. From there, Omi will create a customized skincare plan tailored to your skin needs — complete with professional product recommendations that you can purchase through us. Virtual Consultation Fee: $50 (Please note: Pricing will increase in the coming months as we expand and enhance our virtual skincare offerings.) • Your consultation fee can be applied toward recommended skincare products OR an in-studio facial • To receive this credit, your product purchase or facial must be booked within 48 hours of your consultation Note: This consultation is designed to support you without requiring an in-person visit. However, if you’d like to book a facial after your consultation, you are more than welcome to — it’s completely optional.
Cancellation Policy
Please review our arrival and payment policies prior to your appointment. Thank you! PAYMENT POLICY: Please pay your balance in cash. UPON ARRIVAL: Please ring the doorbell and we'll be right with you **New Clients**: Please come 10 min early to fill out new client forms. *Returning clients: Be on time to your appointment. Tipping: Tipping is not expected but greatly appreciated. If you'd like to tip our esthetician please do so in cash. Address: 1101 S. Winchester Blvd, San Jose CA 95128 We are located in Winchester Plaza. Park at Building M & walk to suite 258. *Be sure to use Apple Maps, as Google maps has been directing clients to the incorrect location. ***Late Policy***: Late arrival will result in a shorter session. Late arrival after 15 min will not be accepted for the appointment. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $40 is required within 24 hours of booking. Please note that we cannot hold bookings for more than 24 hours without the deposit. If we do not receive the deposit within this timeframe, your slot will be made available for other clients to book. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you need to reschedule, you may transfer the deposit to a new appointment, provided you do so at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Please note that you must reschedule your new appointment within 15 days and are allowed one rescheduling. For any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in the case of no-shows & no calls, the deposit will be forfeited. Please understand that this policy is to cover the loss of earnings and other clients that would like to come in for that appointment. Due to short notice, we are unable to take that appointment.
