BOOKING POLICY

To confirm your appointment, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $40 is required ($50 when booking with Omi). This deposit is due within 24 hours of booking to secure your spot. We’re unable to hold appointments longer than that without a deposit, and the time will be released for other clients to book. If we do not receive the deposit in that time frame, your appointment will automatically be canceled.

The deposit is applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that it is non-refundable. We completely understand that plans can change—if you need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit to a new appointment as long as you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. The rescheduled appointment must be booked within 15 days, and we allow one reschedule per deposit.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or in the case of a no-show or no-call, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps protect our time and ensures availability for other clients waiting to book.
