Appointments & Booking Policy
To confirm your appointment, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $40 is required ($50 when booking with Omi). This deposit is due within 24 hours of booking to secure your spot. We’re unable to hold appointments longer than that without a deposit, and the time will be released for other clients to book. If we do not receive the deposit in that time frame, your appointment will automatically be canceled.
The deposit is applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that it is non-refundable. We completely understand that plans can change—if you need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit to a new appointment as long as you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. The rescheduled appointment must be booked within 15 days, and we allow one reschedule per deposit.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or in the case of a no-show or no-call, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps protect our time and ensures availability for other clients waiting to book.

You can mix and match ANY BEAUTY SERVICES of FIVE OR MORE, the possibility are endless. BUNDLE MORE AND SAVE MORE! Beauty Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be gifted, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other sales, offers or promotions.

Years of research, hands-on experience, and dedication to the science and art of skincare inspired me to turn this passion into my profession by opening my own facial spa in San Jose.
But my space is more than just a spa. It is a Glow Haus— a place where beauty meets expertise, and where each treatment is designed to deliver real, visible results. While relaxation is always part of the experience, my focus goes beyond pampering; it’s about corrective, results-driven treatments tailored to each unique skin type and concern.
As a licensed cosmetologist, I specialize in facials and advanced chemical peels that address acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation, and the signs of aging. My philosophy blends the art of skincare with proven techniques, ensuring every client leaves not only feeling renewed, but also seeing measurable improvements in their skin’s health and radiance.
